Position Summary:
To deliver the revenue and profit targets in the assigned industrial segment by developing and executing the sales development plan through living with PPC Asia’s corporate values.
Essential Duties:
- To consistently achieve annual and monthly sales targets within the assigned segment.
- To consistently achieve annual and monthly targets in the development of new accounts.
- To maintain and improve the business share in the current accounts assigned.
- Implement sales processes and tools designed by PPC Asia to improve sales effectiveness.
- Effectively manage account receivable by ensuring all payments are within the improved credit terms of payment.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect competitor’s activity in the assigned segment
– Product brands and categories.
– Pricing and discounting
– Marketing activities and materials.
- Manage the after sales services for the accounts.
- Attend expos and segment related events to promote our brand.
- Propose projects to strengthen the relationship of PPC Asia in the Institutional Accounts clients.
- Weekly reports: Per account status and update accounts receivable and sales.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2- 5 years of solid sales experience
- Goal-oriented, with strong work ethic and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software.
- With a valid driving license, ability to travel, drive a 4-wheel vehicle in order to do business.
- Willing to undergo drug tests and driving tests.
