Oversees the day-to-day sales activities in the assigned area of responsibility and ensures to meet sales targets in terms of
- peso value sales
- product category quantity, and
- number of new accounts
in the agreed timeline and exceeding customers after sales service expectations.
Essential Duties:
- Oversees the entire sales Operations of the designated area of responsibility.
- Monitors the overall account management of existing accounts.
- Develop accounts in all cities and 1st class municipalities.
- Ensures that all sales and marketing programs in the assigned area are fully implemented.
- Monitors the after-sales program in the designated area of responsibility.
- Creates and submits sales volume forecasting reports in respect to market size, product range, PPC’s strength.
- Monitors areas of improvement and creates new business strategies and marketing initiatives to increase sales volume and market shares in the assigned territory.
- Submits daily, weekly and monthly reports with regards to
- Sales Performance
- Competitors Activity
- Customer Concerns
- Development of new accounts
- Lost Accounts, and
- Other reports that the company will require.
- Builds new leads/new businesses within the designated area of responsibility.
- Maintains good business relationships with existing customers and prospects.
- Maintains good harmony with fellow Territory Manager and ensures no overlapping of accounts.
- Ensures proper scheduled submission and data accuracy of all reports/documents to the immediate superior/respective departments.
Minimum Qualifications:
- College graduate of any 4-year course.
- 4 years of selling experience
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Dedication to providing great customer service
