Position Summary:
Oversees the performance and efficiency levels of all Sales Personnel and assists.
Regular Duties:
- Monitor and prepare sales report
- Period: Daily, Weekly, Month-To-Date, Monthly, Year-To- Date, Year-On-Year
- Details 1: Product Brand, Category, Area (Sales Advisor), Team (Relationship Manager), Group (Deputy Head of Sales), Island (Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao), National
- Details 2: Peso Value and Quantity
- Monitor and prepare current programs updates and activity reports.
- Period: Monthly, Year-To-Date, Program-Period-To-Date
- Releasing incentives/Rebates.
- Assist all sales personnel day to day implementation of sales process and coordination to other departments.
- Monitor all sales viber rooms and make a summary report.
- Team and national sales viber rooms per division.
- Assist in all sales events/activities.
- Monitor all sales personnel movement from onboarding to offboarding and updating the organizational structure from time to time.
- Assist all Sales Division Heads itinerary, travel order, liquidation and other reports as needed.
