Position Summary
The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for ensuring appropriate evaluation, documentation and provide excellent assistance on customer queries, orders and deliveries.
Essential Duties
- Responds to customers’ inquiries with utmost courtesy at all times and ensure all orders are logged on the monitoring log book.
- Receives and responds to orders from the customer and/or distributors via Viber or call, Fax or, E-mail.
- Completely process all placed P.O. and prepare the necessary documents; DR/ SI/ Transmittal (if needed), Coordinates with key personnel of different departments to assure a swift serving of orders.
- Ensure Open Communication with SA, DC Head, and Delivery Personnel to address problems; Checks the Viber Group of Drivers and verify their whereabouts.
- Submit Reports every after Closing Day of Delivery; Confirm the correctness of the order, and if already been served.
- Helps facilitates in non-after-sales returns(outright/canceled).
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate
- Female
- Fresh Graduate
- 1-3 years of experience is an advantage
