Position Summary:
Responsible for the accurate recording of expenses and creating payables for each.
Essential Duties:
- Process payables for all PO forwarded by Purchasing of all the companies. Ensure all supporting documents are complete, accurate charging and recognized taxes
- Check and encode monthly utility billings of all branches and companies
- Check and encode monthly professional billings & other contract billings for all companies
- Encoding sales commission payable to sales agents
- Create warehouse rental expense schedule and encode in the system for preparation of PDC
- Consolidate all SHELL receipts from various employees as to the SHELL billing.
- Encode in the system monthly payable to SHELL. Ensure the correct expense charging as to accountability of the vehicle.
- All input VAT & EWT recognize in every payable processed shall be encoded in the excel file summary with complete details as to BIR compliance and the specific expense account charging for the VAT/EWT recognize
- Create and encode in the system PPC Logistics payroll
- Check and encode government mandated benefit payables in the system (Last Mile & PPC Logistics)
- Encode importation broker’s fee payable. Ensure that all the other expenses reimbursable billed is substantiated by a proof of receipt
- Check and encode broker’s commission. Ensure the completeness of all the supporting documents (contract, passbook, deposit slip)
- Check and encode billings of shipping lines. Make sure that it has corresponding PO
- Processing Buy & Sell of PPC Logistics, includes checking the computation given by PPC logistics head ensuring that Payable to supplier is lower than the money we received from clients, and encoding of forex & Commission Payable. All buy & sell must be forwarded to the Receivable Team.
- Processing FCL & LCL Transactions, includes checking of client’s payment of particular Bill of Lading/Container signed by admin in the Logbook compare with the amount of Payable to Broker.
- Encoding commission of PPC logistics head in every transaction of FCL & sold Invoices thru Asia Cargo.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related filed
- At least 5 year experience
