The HR Manager for Recruitment & Hiring is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent. This role ensures that the recruitment process aligns with organizational goals, builds a strong employer brand, and delivers a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
• Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies, including job postings, campus hiring, headhunting, and employee referral programs.
• Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to maintain candidate pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and universities.
• Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and prepare regular reports for management.
• Conduct training for hiring managers on effective interview techniques and bias-free recruitment.
• Oversee employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Lead onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR management.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruitment best practices, and HR processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in ATS, HRIS, and other recruitment platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership skills with experience managing a recruitment team are an advantage.
